Went to the fair last night and had a great time! Although It did start out kinda rocky. We were supposed to go with my friend Mila (@PhasersOnStun) and her husband Ben, but they chickened out because it was raining. So me, my nephew and my friend West (@seraphdragon) went anyway. I was expecting them to have everything shutdown, but everything was running as usual. The only ride that was closed was the Bumper Cars and even it opened back up later in the night.
Fortunately it wasn't really raining that much after we got there. It just kind of sprinkled all-night, which felt kind of nice. Usually it's super hot this time of the year, and you always get baked at the fair.
We rode a lot of the rides but my favorite is still the Freak Out! I only got to ride it once because the line was so long! It definitely was the big attraction.
I brought my new Canon HV30 and got some nice footage of everything, including the Freak Out. You just have to see the Freak Out in action to understand how cool it is!
I'm going to make a nice video to show you all what was going on.
I was also fortunate enough to be on the Ferris Wheel when they started the fireworks display. I had my camera with me and was able to get some really cool footage. The rain kept getting on my cameras lens all night and was making some really interesting ray effects. I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I guess I'll find of when I start editing the video. Either way it still looked pretty cool!
I might use the fair footage with some of the footage I got yesterday in Crab Orchard Ky. I'm making a parody travel video, and got some really funny video earlier yesterday, including some crazy interviews with some of the locals.
I hope to have the videos edited and uploaded soon! These will be my first HD videos uploaded to YouTube, so it's exciting to see how that's going to turn out!

…Oh and on a side note I FINALLY was able to get in contact with the owner of the YouTube username “AmazingAaron“. As you all know I am “AmazingAaron1” on YouTube and have really wanted the YouTube username AmazingAaron ever since I started using YouTube, but this guy in the UK beat me to it. I was able to get in touch with him through one of his friends I found online. He sent me a message yesterday and I'm hoping to be able to get the username from him. He hasn't even logged in to the account in over 2 years and he even admits in the message that he isn't using it. So maybe I will finally get it., and if I do I hope it's an easy process of switching it over to me.
