Growing Pineapples.

Me and my friend West where at the grocery store the other day, and I saw a nice ripe pineapple. My friend told me before how you could grow a pineapple tree from the top section (the green leaves and stalk). So we decided to give it a try. West had some on how to do it, and I have seen him try it before, but I decided to look up on the internet how its down. I found a great website that descibes in detail (with pictures) how its down. The website is called Rick’s Woodshop Creations, but it has a lot more than just woodshop information. The section on growing pineapples is entitled “How To Grow A Pineapple“. I don’t know how my pineapple project is going to turn out (my pineapple does not look as good as the pictures of ricks), but I hope it takes root and grows! Below is a picture of mine, in a small water bottle with the top cut off.
